We process the data you provide through the contact form: name, company or brand, social media profile, city, goal and a contact email or phone. The submission date and your acceptance of this policy are recorded with it.

We use your data to handle your enquiry, manage commercial contact and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal tailored to your brand. If you leave an email, we also send you an acknowledgement of receipt. The legal basis is the consent you give when accepting this policy and submitting the form.

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and manage the relationship, and afterwards for any legally required periods. When no longer needed, it is deleted.

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use the following processors: Resend Inc. (sending contact form emails, USA) and Vercel Inc. (web hosting, USA), both under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Analytics 4) also processes browsing data in aggregate.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to somfocusmedia@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be the one published on this page.
